Cooling and ventilation automation

Air Handling Units (AHU) monitoring and control

Tanos can control and automate AHU operations in a building. Tanos can schedule AHUs to start for preset periods and can also start/stop them based on input from temperature sensors installed in the building.

Treated Fresh Air Systems (TFA) Automation

Tanos can integrate with TFA (Treated Fresh Air) Systems and automate its operations based on the air quality parameters of the premise. For example, if Tanos detects a rise in PM 2.5 levels in the building, it can automatically start the TFA Systems to improve air quality. Tanos can also schedule the TFA Systems to run at regular intervals (without any manual intervention). Tanos can also monitor the status of the TFA Systems and generate alerts in case of any abnormality (unclean filters, system issues, etc.)

Basement Parking Carbon Monoxide Monitoring and Jet Fans System

Carbon monoxide can accumulate in a building’s basement parking space due to the exhaust of vehicles entering and leaving the basement. The accumulated carbon monoxide, in higher levels, can be dangerous for humans. Tanos implements CO sensors at various locations in the basement and measures the CO levels constantly. Jet Fans provide the ability to ventilate and extract smoke without using any ducts resulting in tremendous cost savings, power savings, and increased installation efficiency. Jet Fans can be used for normal ventilation and also for smoke extract in case of emergencies, or a combination of both.

Jet Fan Self-test and Reporting

Tanos can regularly test the entire jet fan installation and send automated reports to building managers. This helps in identifying any issues with the fans and assures smooth operations.
