WATER PUMPS MONITORING

Tanos can integrate and monitor the water pumps in a premise and provide alerts, notifications, and analysis on the operation of the pumps. Tanos is geared to use multiple communication protocols (Potential Free Contacts, RS485 MODBUS RTU, BACNET) to communicate with individual pumps or pumping systems and monitor their operations, and also operate the pumps.

WATER TANKS MONITORING

Tanos uses high-end Ultrasonic Sensors to constantly monitor the water levels in the tanks of the building. Tanos can integrate with a variety of water-level sensors available in the market and provide real-time tank-level statistics and analytics.

WATER MANAGEMENT OVER THE CLOUD

Tanos, being a cloud-based system, can monitor and manage the water system in a building through the cloud. Tanos users get real-time status of pumps, water tank levels, and cloud-based analytics of pump usage.

DAILY ANALYTICS ON EMAIL

Tanos sends an automated email everyday to facility managers and other stakeholders of the building detailing the analytics of pump usage. This helps facility managers notice any abnormal operations and faults.

PUMP ROOM FLOODING ALERTS

Tanos can implement a water level sensor in the Sump (a pit or reservoir serving as a drain or receptacle for liquids) of the pump room and provide alerts in case of a burst pump and potential flooding of the pump room. Tanos, due to its constant monitoring of the Sump water level can provide pre-emptive alerts to facility managers and plumbing managers and avoid a costly restoration process in case of a flooding.

WATER METERING AND INTEGRATION WITH
BILLING SYSTEMS

Tanos uses Ultrasonic Water Meters from Kamstrup to monitor the water usage of the building. Kamstrup meters can be installed on plumbing lines of all units (apartments, offices) in a building and their individual water usage can be measured. Tanos can integrate and provide periodic water usage analytics to billing systems that generate individual water bills.
