A modern building with so many energy-hungry systems quickly runs up huge electricity bills. Tanos monitors the power usage and provides in-depth analytics to the building managers to optimise its energy usage. Therefore, the building manager can, at a glance tell whether more electricity is being used by the elevators or the lighting in the lobby. And adjust their use accordingly. It will also, in real-time, display the monetary benefits accrued from the system.

LIVE ELECTRICAL DATA

Tanos provides live electrical data by integrating with smart meters of various brands and monitoring various parameters from the meters. This data can be seen live on the cloud interface. The parameter that Tanos monitors are Watts, Power Factor, VLL Average, VLN Average, Avg. Ampere, and KWH Consumption.

USAGE PREDICTION

Tanos can predict the annual energy consumption of a building based on consumption patterns over a period of time. This data is used to derive the EPI (Energy Performance Index) of the building. EPI gives the building manager insight into how well the building is performing in terms of energy savings.

POWER DISTRIBUTION ANALYSIS

By using a separate smart meter for each service in the building (cooling, elevators, etc.) Tanos can show the Power Distribution Analysis for the building. This gives the building manager incredible insight into the power consumption of different services in the building and enables him to tweak those services to save power.

POWER CONSUMPTION TREND ANALYSIS

Tanos can collect the electrical usage data from various services in the building and produce a ‘Total Power Consumption Trend’ for the entire building. Tanos collects electrical data every hour and displays the Power Consumption Trend as the day progresses.

IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS OF EVERY METER

Tanos provides trend analysis on various parameters for each service meter. This helps the electrical department/maintenance team to troubleshoot issues, detect anomalies and rectify problems in time.
